Find Answers for Your Spa Services

So you’re a spa newbie…relax! There’s no need to stress about the process. Spa treatments are meant to be rejuvenating and calming. But you may have a few questions about what to expect, so to prepare for your first spa experience. 

The experts at Oasys Day Spa in Wood-Ridge, NJ, are here to provide answers and put your mind at ease so that you can lay back and enjoy the benefits of your Spa treatments.

Day Spa Etiquette

  • When entering the spa please help us maintain a serene atmosphere for all our guests. Please use your spa voice
  • Be courteous. Turn off all electronic devices before entering the spa
  • Be punctual. Arrive at least 5 minutes early so you can enjoy your time in the spa. If you’re late, your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be late. If you must cancel, give the spa as much advance notice as possible, our cancellation policy is stated at the bottom
  • What is our tipping policy? Tips may be given to the staff at your discretion. Twenty to thirty percent is a customary gratuity, but you may leave more or less, depending on the quality of the service
  • Leave all jewelry and valuables at home. Spas should be stress-free
  • Book your spa treatments in advance to get the best times for your schedule
  • If you are pregnant or have a medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book an appointment. Some treatments may not be advisable for you
  • Be sure to speak up if you have questions about your treatment. Your therapist will enjoy knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have. If any part of your experience is unsatisfactory, tell the therapist right away
  • Same day appointments CANNOT be cancelled, rescheduled or refunded.


Spa Policy

Upon scheduling your appointment, you'll be asked for a deposit of $25. This is only a deposit and will be applied to your total balance owed at the time of your appointment. This is to ensure your time with our therapist, as we are an appointment-based day spa, and make every effort to work with schedule changes.


We ask that all cellphones and electronic devices be turned off or silenced before entering the spa.


 We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment, making it not as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrival

Cancellation Policy

We understand busy schedules and difficult circumstances cannot be avoided. We are happy to cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment or package, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a 100% service fee. Cancellations will not be taken by voice-mail.

Gift-Certificate Policy

Kindly remember to bring your original gift certificate with you when redeeming your services. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor services without the physical gift certificate. We also advise keeping your gift certificate safe, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
