Spa Reservation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total balance on the day of your visit.
As an appointment-based day spa, your reserved time is held exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and complete any necessary forms. Services begin and end as scheduled to honor both your time and the next guest’s experience. Treatment times cannot be extended for late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules shift.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest and protects our therapists’ schedules.
Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
To ensure your request is received, cancellations must be made directly with us and cannot be left by voicemail.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuities are not included in our service or package prices and are graciously accepted. Cash gratuity is preferred.

Gift-Certificate Policy
Please bring your original gift certificate with you when redeeming your service, as we are unable to process services without the physical certificate.
We recommend keeping your certificate in a safe place, as lost or damaged certificates cannot be replaced.

Payment Policy
Our listed prices reflect a 4% cash courtesy.
For credit card and electronic payments, a 4% processing fee will be added to the total.
If you prefer to avoid this fee, you’re welcome to pay with cash.
