RESERVATIONS
A major credit card is required to set appointments for all spa treatments.
SPA ETIQUETTE
No cell phones in treatment rooms, if you have to for an emergency please change your ringer to silent.
LATE ARRIVALS
Arriving late for your Spa appointment will decrease your treatment time and potentially change the actual treatment provided. You will still be charged for the full treatment. We recommend you arrive 10 min before the time of your service allowing time for changing and any paperwork that may be needed previous to your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If at anytime before your appointment you would like to re-schedule or cancel your booking, we request a minimum of 24 hour notice. If your cancellation is less than 24 hour prior to your apponitment time a 50% charge will apply. For all "no shows" a 50% charge will apply.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is not included in any of the services but greatly appreciated. Cash only please!
TERMS ON ORDERS & PRODUCTS
Typically orders are processed within 3 business days.
Shipping times vary once your order is enroute. For standard ground allow 5 - 7 additional business days to the West Coast and 2 - 4 days to the midwest and East Coast. In the rare case of a back order, we will notify you if your order will take more than 7 days to process. We attempt to stock an adequate supply of all items but sometimes we do have a run on a particular item and have to back order. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to meet your needs.
UPS DELIVERY
UPS will attempt 3 deliveries to your shipping address. After 3 attempts, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick-up. Please note that most packages sent require a signature. UPS will in most cases not leave the package without a signature. MISSING ITEMS/DAMAGED GOODS
All items are packaged securely to arrive safely at your door. Upon arrival, open all boxes and check for damage or missing items. We strive to ensure that all orders are shipped correctly. If you do find damage or missing items, please notify us within 5 working days upon receipt of goods. No claims after 5 working days.
Returns are accepted for exchange of item or items only. No cash or charge refunds.
